Account has been terminated due to Closed

Hello Warmane,
Actually i just came from my office and seen on website that my account got terminated due to closed. I don't know why its got terminated or banned. Including my other accounts (alt account) got banned as well which has only 1lvl or 10lvl char in there. So, i am unsure about this part and couldn't understand, please let me know regarding all the details why its banned.

That's.. uh... I honestly have no idea. DO NOT appeal the ban on website. I HIGHLY recommend you to just shoot an email to [email protected]. Ban appeal has the LOWEST priority, so it will takes 4 days but you will get some unsatisfactory responses.

Maybe if you get lucky, Proterean might come across this post and solve it for you; or at least, tell you why you got banned.

i've seen someone post about this ban reason before. if i recall correctly it was due to loggin into your account on a banned ip or something along those lines. would try as zelda mentioned and send an email.
