WotLK Lost Item, Support not working

Hi,
Tried to submit this issue through the support panel on the website however it wont let do it on missing item and general enquiry word count is too short,
My furious kodohide glad leggs are missing from my bank, how do i get these back? Any and all help is appreciated

You can only get lost items back if you bought them with coins. In that case you can make a support ticket on website or send email to [email protected]. If it was not bought with coins then you can't get it back.
