Forum My characters gone

Well i was playing on warmane and i got to 25 on my paladin. I then went on icecrown for a bit and logged of. I have not done anything like that could get my banned or get hacked. But some how someone managed to get into my account or something and now all of my characters are deleted. Is it possible to get them back ?? Please??
