WotLK Help! My two characters on Icecrown have been removed from my realm list?

I was minding my own business making my way through the wetlands when i dc'd only to log back on with no characters on my realm list!

can someone please help?

has anyone else had this issue? if so how was it resolved?

Verify whether your characters still exists in your web account, either on the trade service or the restoration service.
If they do, you are just probably entering the wrong realm.
