Icecrown Twinking needs organization

The time is now to start organizing the lvl 19 community on icecrown.
I see lvl 19's on daily. People are wanting to play, we are just lacking coordination.
I am looking for someone on the alliance side to help recruit/coordinate with me . (A few others and I are currently playing horde).

If i dl, what one do i do? Such as what xpac? I see Wrath of the Lichking, and Wrath of the Lichking (Old)

@demsaps Download Wrath of the Lichking (normal). I believe this version has updated graphics, game play etc. This is what I am currently playing on.
