Technical "Advertising" ban

Hello, if anyone can help with this please. I have been banned for advertising again on my new account that is about a week old. I created this account because my other account got banned for the same reason about a month ago. The same thing happened like last time, i was just going to log in to play and got a this account has been suspended for advertising.

I have never in my life advertised a single thing nor have i visited any scam sites for gold that are around these days, never shared my account, i used the 2factor protection you offer and still it happened again. Like last time i was not playing when i got banned, i just woke up to it the next day. Also i dont use any vpn or ip changing programs or whatever that is, i dont know how to use these and never did, and i cant submit a ban appeal because it does not show existing bans. I know im not the only one with this problem, there are more people to whom this happened.

I scanned the pc with all kinds of virus and malware programs and there is nothing, changed my passwords and hell i even reinstalled windows.
Just a little help with what should i do because i think this will happen again even when the accounts bans expire. Any help is appreciated.

If it does not show any bans in the list it's probably your IP not your account that is banned. Someone has probably been advertising on that IP before and now you got that IP. You can try to restart your modem and it might get a new IP. You can also try to send an email to [email protected] to see if they can remove the IP ban.
