I would like to open this topic for unfortunate events such as accounts thefts & innocent players receiving Ban ( suspended account ) as a result of that.

The reason for the topic is that I myself am in this situation. Two days ago arriving home from work I found myself unable to login into my account as it was closed for security reasons.

I had already received mail of it previously via e-mail at work ( thank you btw for the great management of informing players ) and had some degree of thought that something bad happened.

While entering online I saw that my account had been terminated and banned due to advertising ( which I had never done ). The first step was to immediately create a support ticket for ban appeal.

My query based on the example above is the folowing :

What can players expect in these conditions, how is a ban appeal dealt with. I am most interested in account retrieval and things of the such, how long it takes and so on.

I have rejoined the community of Warmane for about two weeks and had a blast lvling a char to lvl 57 and on the brink of finally hitting 58 and going to Outland I got banned. :(

I really appreciate the hard working team of Warmane and their efforts to keep unhealthy players off the server and kindly request assistance regarding this as there are some players that suffer from account theft and are left broken under the term of ownership with many hours of gameplay lost..
