Its probably a COD scam. Where in the sender sends some items n when u click the item and press yes without reading the pop-up, your gold gets deducted. Just take Screen shot n make a ticket ingame reporting that scanmer
Where you wearing any heirlooms and leveled past the item's limited lvl (example: level 80 heirloom but you leveled past it)?
If so, it may have been automatically taken off and mailed back to you.
