WotLK Character deletion issue

Greetings Warmane staff.

Recently I had one of my characters deleted without my consent on the Lordaeron server. The character's name was Sunariel and was level 21 Blood Elf Warlock. I have not used the WEBS before this happened and I do not know if there is a way to bring the character back from its ashes. I've checked if I had any warning from a GM or even a ban but none of those were positive.

Lordaeron players can restore their deleted characters for 20 Coins here ( it is free if it done within 48 hours from deletion):
My Account > Services > Select Realm > Set Currency:Coins > Character restoration

Now you will see a list of all your characters in the last 30 days.
As I said before if your character was deleted in the last 48 hours it is gonan be Free

Usually this feature is reserved only for characters between level 75-80, I have heard for Lordaeron character it can be used also for lower level. So you might check if it is possible even for a level 21 character
