Technical Getting old account back

I used to have an account all the way back in molten days and when the server was changed to warmane i ended up losing i eventually found it and played on it for a bit but something happened and i had to stop play wow i want to know if it is possible to get it back i tired its old username and password

but it won't let me on this was a donor acc and i read donor acc don't get deleted for inactivity. what happened to it? could i get it back

its an old acc so its probably on one of my old emails probably [email protected]
