WotLK Game Crashes when i enter Dalaran

So i play on the icecrown server and got a quest in zul drak that ports me to dalaran. but everytime i enter, the game instantly crashes to desktop. when i log back in i can run around for 2 seconds, then it crashes again. i basically cant use my character anymore, cause everytime i login, the game crashes after 2 seconds.

EDIT: ok so i managed to quickly hop into the graphics settings and just set everything to low, now it works. still dont know why it crashes on ultra. i use an i7 6700k and a GTX 1080 with 32gb of ram

from this post http://forum.warmane.com/showthread....342158&page=24, you need tu use a large adress software and step up from 2gb to more, it'll change your Wow.exe

selecting the wow.exe executable, checking the box "use more than 2gb ram" and then clicking "save"?

do i need to keep the program running or is this a one time thing?

ok i tried it but it still crashes. it takes about 3 times as long but it still happens. also in dragonblight.
ZulDrak, Grizzly Hills and Howling Fjord are fine. at least thats what i can tell.

the error always says something like "not enough storage to process.....blablabla"

if i use a client wich doesnt use the new models, i wont have this problem right?
