WotLK Help Huge Lag!

Hello! I'm having problems with ingame lag. I've been resetting my router several times but my ms still incredibly high (6000 or 4000 ms) and can't play the game properly.

I use to have 250 or 300 ms which is understandable since I'm playing from South America, but 6000 is crazy.

Please Help, don't know what to do!
