Hey Ladies and Gents,
so im back from old times, (Molten) and i want to reroll a Shaman.
Last Time i played, ele was pretty Strong i guess but i dont know how its change so far.
So my question:
Is Elemental Shaman (orc) worth playing in High PVP?
I want to aim like something about 2k + in Arena.
There are so many SM´lers out there , that i cant estimate the chances of an Ele.
Is it like, SM<-ALL ?
I loved playing Shaman Years ago, and i really want to play it again. But if it make no sence, im out ^^

I mean I don't know how good you are or your partner/s, but ele is definitely viable in both 2s and 3s and has always been. As for all the warrs/dks/rets with smourne, yeah you'll face a lot of that. But if you play with a rogue/disc/hpal/lock/mage (in 2s) you have the potential of beating the FotM comps if you know the right strats. Keep in mind molten arena is not as faceroll anymore since they merged with AT, obviously resulting in people that are more experienced in arena being active on the ladders.

SM is overrated. Its pretty much like oathbinder with a extra BoM buff.
With ele + destro u can beat many melee setups such as Awarr+ Hpala.

It's not like Oathbinder, Sm has more damage since it's slowest 284 2hander.
