Today I`ve downloaded Pandaria, made character and log. Then waited for cinematics at end of it god brown screen and hard drive was "dying" like BRRRRRRR :c and some other noises.. I shut it down then start game again, log in switch options to lower just done that and that thing again ... I made some stuff on hard drive to free space on C: it was red for easier loading but got log on and made 1 quest then got that screen again :) ... Is it because Im forsaken (as race) or just bugged game or PC ???

No, it is not normal that your hard drive makes noises. If I were you, I would make a backup ASAP to prevent losing data. Then, I would use a software like HD Tune to ensure that the hard drive is OK or needs replacing.

I cannot say exactly why the brown screen, it might be due to your hard drive, but it might also be due to some bad configuration or drivers. You should start by updating your hardware drivers.
