I want to trade my character and get another. Is there any way to barter? Not selling for coins and buying for coins after? If i will find player in the game-chat, can Warmane-administration be a guarantee for our deal? For some comission, maybe.

no, you can not.
The only way is to sell for Coins via Trade system and then buy a new character for Coin in the same way
