So Im with premium account and every time when I log I need to put the Authentication code your system send to my mail. I logged in my account from my phone too, and now when I try to log from the computer it says "An email containing a new code has been sent to your registered email inbox. Emails are only sent once every 30 seconds to prevent abuse." but nevermind how many times I try to log, I didnt recieve new mail with a new code and I cant do anything from the PC. Whats the problem ?
I third this problem... I am not receiving the authentication code. I am surprised it let me be "logged on" here in the forums, while I am still at the authentication screen on main site. I have never had problems receiving the code through email before today :/

Hello staff, this is not first time its happening, its like 3rd time within a week for me.
I am not able to login on my main account because two factor security system is not sending any pass code to my provided email. i use 'GMAIL'.
Then all of a sudden it starts working in evenings. have no idea whats going on but sometimes it gets annoying because you cant login your own account, when this system fails to send a pass code email.

Hello there. I made this topic to tell you that i have a problem with Two Step Authentification and i don't receive any code in email. I tried few times and i waited 10-15 minutes and still nothing. I have two accounts: one is on yahoo mail and other on google mail. I don't get the code on any mail.
