I clearly understand that a coin shop will be a thing on Outland for financial reasons, but at least please consider making the buyable gear restricted to the current content -1 tier, for example if Tier4 is the progression, then make the shop loot to only consist of RHC gear and maybe the lower cost BOJ items, and so on. Also when progression reaches the T6 tier, don't let the T6 tier items (And the legendaries of course) to be buyable.
People can buy gear as a catchup mechanic, there won't be a gazillion rogue/warrior running around with Coinblades of Azzinoth / Thori'dal; it is a win for everyone on the long run.
I agree. Legendaries must be buyable just after a high progression. They can make a pay-to-win server, but let legendaries join the store in the first day isn't a good thing.

It sounds like it's going to be current tier when the content is on farm.
If you care so much about it being Restricted then you would know that it already will be.
There is difference between restricted and restricted...The point was to keep the current BIS gear of the current tier out of the shop. Next time read what i wrote.
Im fine with a quantitative+qualitative restriction mix.
Quantitative: minimum 1-2 months wait before being available on shop
Qualitative: enough guilds (say 5 or 20%) of the ones that are actually raiding have cleared it.
For legendaries just make a x2 quantitative restriction and qualitative one that it has dropped to someone else before.
Sadly. I find lately that the people that complain the most about p2w are the ones that don't even raid or pvp seriously.
Because it allows players that would otherwise be at their gear level to be above, because they don't have bank.
this is the 843978932473289th thread about the shop. They have already said that it will be like icecrown for the "first" server and maybe a lorderon style shop for a "second" server.
