Technical Recovery of Molten-WoW account

Hi,

Some years ago, I had played a lot on Molten-WoW, the previous name of the actual Warmane. Since the servers were wiped, Molten-wow made available a recovery tool for those lost accounts, which I was never able to retrive because it always gave me an error.

It's still possible to recover my old account? I was a donator, more than 300 hours on it.
