Pandaria 4 set tier for warrior dps spec

Hello there warmane. It has been a year now since siege of orgrimmar has been released. I donated for 4 set yet tier 16 set bonus procs are slim.

Description:
Your Mortal Strike and Bloodthirst have a chance to activate Death Sentence, allowing Execute to be used above 20% target health. Below 20% target health, Death Sentence makes Execute free.

Death Sentence barely procs and when it actually does, execute is not free. 30 Rage is needed.

I see that HC will be released soon. I would like to donate but I want to know that the set bonus works and procs more than once 3+ hours. To my understanding, it procs 1 time every 3-4 hours. I have tested this in raids and on dummy. I still recieve the same results.

I have posted on bugtracker but it gets deleted. My concern is I enjoy to play warrior but I will not pay for something that isn't working as intended. I would like to purchase the HC tier once it is released but am awaiting for the normal one to be scripted and fixed as intended. Death Sentence procs are very very low. Atleast on horde side. I can't speak for Alliance side. Please fix this as HC tier is being released soon. Tiers working properly, warmane gets more donations and all is happy. Thankyou for your time.

Please fix warrior dps 4 set tier bonus for more procs. Procs atm are 1 every 4 hours and execute above 20% health is not free when it does proc. Thankyou warmane

Yea I waited many times for fixing but as long as hc soo gear at door plz plz we need to fix that ser so bad

First problem is that you are horde..
Second is that all horde must die ;^)

I have the T 16 tier 4 set warrior ... ive the same problem... I hope warmane should fix it soon
