I've been away for a couple month and today i logged in. I noticed all of my gold has gone. When i login at website it says
'Your account has been terminated due to Coin theft, compromising accounts, permanent termination.' and status is 'Suspended' ,
but i can still login into game right now.
I always play directly from my own home and never play at any public network, I also have brother that always play with the same IP and has no problem
what's going on here? help please.

Come back after a couple of months, all gole gone, account got suspended.

As i said, i still can login and play normally so my account isn't banned, but all of my gold is gone and status in account panel is 'suspended' that's why i'm asking here

I've tried creating ticket in ban appeal and there are no ban appeal to my account so it's failed and said
'The selected ban is not valid, try again.'
and as i said i can still login and play normally just all the gold is gone. What is this? so i got banned or not or what?

and now they've unbanned me, but i'm still not getting any gold back
I've tried to contact them about my gold, but there are no response, the last response was about a week ago.
This issue has been almost around 2 weeks already and I'm still waiting.
My main is in Lordaeron which is x1. I have no gold for even buy food or repair equipment
I got banned for no reason, gold gone, not getting gold back, no compensation.
I don't want to accept and tolerate it and keep playing like this

First, you weren't banned, you were using a banned IP. If you had been banned, you wouldn't be able to login to the game.
Second, none of that - not even getting in fact banned - does anything to characters' gold. There' no compensation" to be had. Whatever happened to any gold you claim to have had didn't happen because of any action of ours.

All of my gold is gone. I'm not even have any spare gold to repair my own equipments on my main character, is it possible?
I couldn't even use any account panel function and it's labeled as 'suspended' and I'm not banned?
As I said, I had never play anywhere else except my own home, which I also have my brother playing together with the same IP,
so what's with this banned IP?
If you're claming that it's not caused by your actions. Could you please check the log what happened to my account? what IP that is banned? How my gold is gone?

You can check it in your account history panel. To see what IP logged in your account. Someone with access to your account, took it.

Could you please tell me which one?
the menus are:
'Account' - Only 1 log existed, which is me changing my own password
'Marketplace' - It's the log that i use points to buy items in market
'Services' - Only characters transfer logs when merging realm happened in the past
'Trading' - No logs here
'Gifting' - No logs here
'Donations' - Not telling anything about my gold
'Promotions' - Not telling anything about my gold

It only shows website logins. Only last ingame login is shown on account page and the moment you log on the account and find out something is missing it's already too late to check that since it's overwritten with your own login. I remember making a suggestion to show multiple last ingame logins but it was rejected.
