WotLK Buying an 80 on Icecrown, question about account.

I assume that if I buy a level 80 it will show up as a new character on my account. And if I want to two box that level 80, run my lowbies through some dungeons, I'd need to make a 2nd account, buy coins on that new account, and purchase said 80 there... correct?

I know there is a 20 coin option for leveling a toon to 80 but I can't find it.

Yes, you can't multibox toons on the same account. So lvl 80 on one account, lowbies on another account.

To purchase lvl 80, create a character and go to My Account > Services > Select realm, character, coins, "Character Level Up"

edit: This level up option is not available on Lordearon.

Oh now I see the Level Up under Service, thanks. Though I'm wondering if it's worth 10 more coins to buy a character with high tradeskills and achievements.
