I’ve noticed that some serious tickets (e.g., reporting a player sharing real-life identifying information about others) sometimes get a generic copy-paste reply implying no evidence was attached, even when the ticket included a clear, unedited screenshot (via an Imgur direct image link / original WoW screenshot).

I’m not naming any staff member or trying to start drama. I simply want to know:

Has anyone else received “no proof provided” responses despite attaching valid evidence?
If yes, what format did you use, and did resubmitting help?

For obvious reasons, please don’t repost personal data here. I’m only asking about the reliability of the ticket evidence process.
