Question about waht to download

im trying to get into a wrath server but im not sure what the difference between the regular and (old) one is. which one is more populated? i want to play on icecrown or one that is equally as populated. i noticed i posted this in the wrong section but not sure how to delete

you can play on every realm, regardless of the client you download.

Anyway I recommend to download Wotlk (old) because the other one might cause crashes

Wotlk (old) = Standard Wotlk
Wotlk = Wotlk with WoD models
