Is there way to play on beta server before release ? I just dl'ed game,and it ask for general digital code.

If it's asking for a code, it sounds like your 2-step authenticator is enabled. You can disable it on the website.

You should be able to log into the PTR just by using the usual Warmane realmlist and your Warmane account information.
