Transfering hero from Lordareon to ICC?

Is it possible to transfer hero from lordareon to icecrown. i have readed a post that was posted on april 2016. i have tryed to find an option on online store but cant find it. I have warior 80 that would like to send to Icecrown, since lordareon is x1 and icecrown is x7 i see no reason why i couldnt do this. Thanks

Would be a great idea,they could limit transfers to a specific gear score,i would like to transfer a 78 lvl character for twinking thats it, from icc to lord and vice versa using points
