Suggestion: A place to report bots

Ingame reporting has taken over 24 hours with no reply, so can we have a place where we can contact administrators/gm's in order to report bots?

Keep in mind that we are getting little overwhelmed by the amount of players since the Outland launch, so it might take a longer than usual for GM's to deal with your ticket.
