Is there a way to skip the queue?

I've heard a few people talking about it recently, but is there a way to skip the queue on outland? Like becoming a donator or something? I was just playing when the server went down, it came back up and I got slapped in the queue at position #770 with a wait time of nearly 2 hours... I was constantly trying to log back in but didn't realise we need to re-enter our credentials to actually get back in when the server reboots.

All you have to do is donate 10 euros and you get to skip queue in all realms for eternity.

Thank god, but I'm pretty annoyed since I lost my 10 Witherbark Totem Sticks cause the server crashed just as I used them.
