Loot bug - Steamvaults - Last boss

I was doing Steamvaults earlier. When we finished the last boss someone alt f4'd so never chose to pass on the tank ring.

To make it worse everyone left the group and hearthstoned so I got kicked out the instance.

I shadowplayed it.
