    Two way authentication removal issues.

    I am trying to remove my authentication because i am not receiving emails after reformatting my pc. When i go to remove the authenticator i get a blank page that says recaptcha challenge failed. So now i cant get my code nor can i remove my authenticator i have tried multiple web browsers as well. Does anyone have a solution to this?
