Coming back after 5 years

My characters were lost after your database was wiped, and i had tons of gear on those characters but they are gone.

Both on Cata and on WoTLK servers.

I guess i will never be able to see them even if i have tons of screenshots to prove the opposite?

Also, it's 5 years since i last logged in on this server, and my second account which i still remember the name, got the wtf files stored since 2012-13 and have screenshots of it with me playing on it, is it possible to obtain it somehow? I forgot which mail i used on that.

Everyone lost their chars. You won't get them back. Only coins and points were given back but that's also not available anymore. You can still try to send an email to [email protected] to see if they can give you any coins back but they most likely won't.

Your account is created in March 2015. That's after database was lost. If this is the account your chars were on, they were probably lost when Deathwing and Ragnaros merged into Icecrown. Transfers for that were disabled like 2 months ago but you can still try to send an email to [email protected].
