Queue skipping issue

Hello,

I've donated 10€ to skip queue on Outland, but it doesn't seem to work.
My account is Premium but I still have to queue to enter the server. Is it a bug or is there a time to wait before the queue skipping system takes my donation into account ?

Some people have reported having to wait 30 mins or so before the queue skipping got activated, so if you just recently did so that could be the cause. You also have to re-log for it to take effect, it won't work if you're already waiting in the queue.
