This is becoming ridiculous how i can't play the damn game because of q lines, and its nearly impossible to donate because the stupid site won't take my card, and the other payment options are just out of the question.

I used my Paypal to donate for an instant subway online gift card via Warmane website, and use the gift card to donate to Warmane.
