So...To start off:
When the server was launched, my fps got locked to 64 and doesn't go up. And during the testing phase (PTR) I could go up to 120, no matter where I was. Vsync is off, and every setting stayed exactly the same, I tried the set affinity command in Config.wtf didn't help at all, it did improve the fps a little bit though.
Wotlk, even Legion I get 100 fps + even in populated areas in Wotlk. So I guess, something has to be wrong with the client. I tried every TBC client I could find, the results were the same. Also, been asking around on global, people referred to refresh rate of the monitor, it's 1080p 60hz monitor.
Someone told me he had around 100+ fps too, even now on the live realm, the thing is his configuration wasn't that better than mine, mostly similar. So is there any way to enable fps to go higher than only 64 or any way to fix this, every other version of wow, any other game works perfectly fine.
My FPS is locked at 64. It was working fine with 120+ FPS last week but now is locked. i have double checked video settings and have disabled all addons.
