My friend is having issues with his account, paymentwall payment doesn't get through money is drawn but no coins is added to the account. It says transaction failed but it clearly doesn't.
I Have been in contact with paymentwall, and my credit card provider leaving only Warmane.
I do not know where to turn to, there is no email contact nowhere to report this.

As of now me and my friend are short of money and no coins on his account.

Please help me with somewhere or someone to contect besides just redirecting me to paymentwall or my bank.
I don't want to write out account names etc here on the forums but please help anyone with information on where to turn to!
