Donating 30 Euros

Hello, I'm trying to donate 30 Euros and my first transcation said "Transaction wasn't completed :(". I'm not too sure why as I have MORE than enough in my checking account. Does Paymentwall block transactions coming from the USA? I've emailed them hoping for an asnwer soon as I want instant 80 and 27k gold :l

Edit: Paymentwall told me to contact my bank which I did, the lady told me she did see it was declined and I'd have to call during the bank's normal business hours to have any kind of blocks lifted (about 4 hours from now). You can trash this thread if need be :-)
