I've been sitting in que for 30 minutes at spot 18 and ain't moving.... anyone have same problem?

There's no "problem." It's peak time, lots of donors logging in and skipping the queue, which pushes you back but keeps you in the same displayed position, even if you might actually need to wait for hundreds to log off before you get your turn.
