Im sorry, but i dont like excluding anyone, i think people should be allowed to twink wherever and however without feeling excluded.

Everyone has opinion, I'll respect yours, but in my opinion twinks above 60 level are ruining the bracket and the fun of the game. Imagine the situation that you are caster and you are resisting every single spell on 69 twink, who on the other hand is 1 or 2 shotting you.

I doubt there will be a guild having all twinks, not a sole bracket, unless you made it.
