Currently, you can only buy or sell your characters on Outland. Is there a reason why you can't trade characters?

I would like an option to trade my character for another class in the future. Make it so only lvl 70 characters can trade with each other, to prevent people from buying accounts on illegal sites and transferring them to another account. Further, make the trading cost a specific amount of coins for both parties (25-50 coins for example). This will prevent people from using unsecure illegal sites when "rerolling" and in the process help cover warmanes server costs etc. Other private server projects have implemented this service and it has proven very successful.
