Purchased character from market not as advertised

i purchased a level 72 orc shaman based on the fact that it was the "owner of a guild bank with lots of expensive mats to find that the guild did not belong to the character nor did it have any where near expensive mats. the mats MIGHT come to a whopping 2.5 to 3k gold and i can only pull 3 stacks out per day because im only an officer. i didnt buy this toon for anything but the fact of the supposed great gb i cant even hardly touch. the other two characters in the guild havnt been on in 2 and 5 months. i already have a shaman thats 10 times better and the proffs this one has i have max level of already too (before time of purchase of this one). Since the seller lied about what he was selling to gain a higher price and scammed me i would like this toon removed and refunded if possible so i can purchase something that adaquately meets what i can use. I have done nothing at all with this toon since i bought it earlier today except hearth to view guild bank
