Cataclysm You Don't Know Any Flight Locations Connected To This One

Hello! I'm a level 20 Worgen trying to get through the Breaking Waves of Change quest, but whenever I click on the flight master in Rut'theran Village it shows that message. I got on the ship to Stormwind and discovered the flight location there hoping it'd change but it still shows the same message. I tried abandoning quest, deleting the WTF and Cache but it wont work ;;

It works! But now it won't show the quest location for flights and i cant progress ;;
