My coins is broken !

Hi, i have sell my character ( outland ) but i cant use my coins !
I know its 72hours for use coins, But it's been longer than 72 hours..

Are you 100% sure it has been over 72 hours? You may send an e-mail to [email protected] in case something weird has happened, I have never seen coins bug out like that.
