Cant faction change

Getting thrown "you must be offline messages" yet i am offline.

So, when trying to faction change. The drop down list 'SELECT CHARACTER' contains nothing. I'm referring to what Race your character is supposed to change into.
Is the faction change closed off now?
Or is this merely a bug?

I am currently attempting to change my Lvl 33 horde rogue to the alliance but the transfer on the site seems to not be working. When i select a character to swicth it will not let me choose an alliance race it just say choose a character or it will say that the account need to be offline even though i do not have it even open.. Is this on my ends or the sites and if mine how can i fix it,

You need to create an alliance too FIRST that you want your transferring toon to resemble.

For the "needs to be offline", make sure you /camp not alt F4, and log off the server, not sit at character select screen. You may need to wait a few minutes.
