What patch is Medihv on?
With a Mod saying Outland is post-nerf and Medihv pre-nerf that means they should be running on different patches.
The reason I need to know is so I can use the correct Mobhealth file to display mob health numbers. Thanks.

It is patch 2.4.3, both servers are this. Their "pre-nerf" is just them buffing the boss health and damage. You would not have been able to log in had you the wrong client (patch).

Both run on 2.4.3 client and talents. In terms of content "pre-nerf" might imply anything from unkilled versions of encounters from how they would have been in 2.0.3 to 2.0.12 just before BT-patch or deliberately buffing the encounters to a level where they are perceived to be as tough as they originally were (seeing as that modern guilds may perform far better than even the world first guilds back in the day), but I'd hazard a guess "pre-nerf" here means "higher numbers than on Outland by arbitrary margin, specific details changed if someone specifically reports the issue to the bug tracker" rather than systematically researching and implementing the original state of content.
