Burning Crusade All my gear and gold is gone

Today when i logged on my level 70 priest, at 14:00 server time, i have found that all of my gear and gold was gone. I have found my char next to a mailbox, so im guessing the gold has been sent with all of the clothing materials etc. Last time I played was yesterday noon, i havent shared any account information with anyone. I really hope theres something you can do to help me get my stuff back, let me know if you need any more information.

You know those guild sites? Like Shivtr and so on? Well they are run by chinese gold sellers. So if ur email and password are the same on there as it is on here. It's RIP. Always use a unique password for every account.

You should have enabled 2-step authentication for higher safety. I suggest you to enable it if it is not enabled. I am not sure if staff wil be able to give your items back to you but probably wait for their reply.

I have not visited any guild sites nor have i aplyed for any of them, im in a guild with few close friends i have known for years. And the fact my password is diferent from my e-mail, this isnt the issue. This is my 1st time being hacked, and I have no clue how it happened tbh. Hope someone from the staff reads this.

Update: Aparently Im not the only one this has happend to. I have talked to some other guy who also had everything stolen from his char also, it would appear it had hapened this morning. He also had the 2step authentication enabled.

Any GMs that have any info on this mather?

I got all my **** stolen aswell, it's weird since I've never used this account anywhere and have a unique password.
