Burning Crusade Faction change bug - PvP trinket

Hey,

My trinket Medallion of the Horde didn't change to the alliance equivalent when I faction changed, yet my friends did.

Is it possible that u could fix this for me real quick? The trinket is just sitting in my bags at the moment.

Had a ticket up in game for two days now, is it supposed to take this long or should I create a new one?

Not in the mood to queue arena without a trinket.

I can't even transfer alliance ... It asks me to select race and appearance but I get nothing to select in the scrolling menu..

Did you create a level 1 alliance character of the same class u want to faction change in game?

If you did and it doesn't show up in the list then I have no clue.
