TBC Outland Gamebreaking bug

Hello, I am playing on Outland and I know it is a fresh realm, and that this happened on other realms too, once they were fresh. Probably the quests are not working yet, but cmon, it's been a few weeks already and the Death Knight creation is still not allowed. I mean I know you guys have a lot of work and I appreciate it, but I think the time has come.

Any info about this issue/bug??

I really want to get the realm first DK achievement on Outland.
