Bartender doesn't show any bar options, anyone with same problem / fix?

I've reinstalled, still nothing. There are no options for bars. The addon itself is working as intended, it positions and resizes my bars correctly, I just cant reconfigure them due to having no options panel.

I had same problem because of SpeedyActions addon, try to disable addons to configure Bartender.
