    Donation problem

    I donated 10 euros and haven't received my coins or my premium rank, I donated at the same time as two of my friends and they have both received both their premium rank and their coins, the money has been taken out of my bank account also.

    I have also emailed the billing address over 20 hours ago from this point.

    Did the same thing. Still haven't received anything. hopefully it gets fixed.

    Venal, did they ask you for an id and copy of your receipt when you made the donation?? Sorry i'm having a donation problem and get no answer from support so im trying to figure it out

    I donated like 5 times because it kept saying transaction not complete and it shows in payment wall as initiated... which means failed. however, i called my card company and they said the transactions went through and im currently being charged for all 5 transactions with no coins or premium in site.

    Wow that sucks! My problem is, i started the donation process, there was a logging bar saying that the transaction was being complete, and then i got a message saying that in order to pursue with my transaction, paymentwall needs a copy of my id (what the actual **** i am not buying booze on my local market, i am DONATING my money), and a copy of the receipt. If the transaction was not complete how would i have a copy of the receipt/ didn't get anything in my email, plus my bank is in france and i am in the carribean and can't call them to know if the transaction was made, so i am upset af. Since i don't have the receipt i couldn't complete the transaction and do not know if i was charged and it has been 19h and i haven't received any support from warmane

    Me too. Transcation failed plenty times, still they've drawn 3 times (30 euro total) from the card. Help please.

    This guide: http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=251689 is outdated. There is only one category available (ban appeal) and not anything about donation. Who do we conctact for support?
