Basic Math:
1 x 1 = 1
5 x 1 = 5
Therefore, one times the Blizzard base rate equals base rate. Seems like we're making this harder than it should be. The 1x rate is on the pre-Wrath patch. That means it is closer to Wrath leveling rates than BC launch rates.
This is what I was looking for, so leveling here is not like standard 1-60 vanilla rate? It goes faster=less exp for each level? :)
I thought they made the leveling a bit easier in some tbc patch but can remember wrong, Cheers!
Client is 2.4.3 so MOST content is from that patch, including leveling rates, however in the case of Medivh the only difference and the "hardcore" part of it is that raids (and dungeons?) are in their "pre-nerf" state, basically whatever the pre-wotlk patch did to make it easier is removed and made "as should be".
