Refund cap

I "accidentally" bought 13 items an hour ago, is there some kind of a cap on refunds or am I just doomed?

There is, but afair it's generally measured in the number of refund request, not the amount of items refunded with each, so if it's your first one refunding 13 items shouldn't be an issue
